Because Red Bow Tie Photography will be photographing a minor and its always good business to protect and inform, please read and E-sign Minor Photo Release, Terms, and Conditions.

I Hereby give permission to Red Bow Tie Photography to photograph named minor, the use of photos and likeness in all forms including advertising, portfolio, social media, and all other lawful purposes. If you would like to keep all photos private (Please indicate below PLEASE NOTE if private you will not receive a sneak peek on social media to share with friends and family). I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related the photography session or to photo usage. 

There is a non-refundable but certainly transferable $75 deposit to hold the session date, remaining balance due before the session date.

I am over 18 years of age or legal parent of the minor, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
